A modern school

Bällstabergsskolan is a public school for children between 6 and 16 years old. It is situated in the south of Vallentuna and has approximately 500 pupils and 100 children in day care. We are organized in teams and work actively to help pupils and staff enjoy in their work and be proud of their school.

The school opened in 2002. The premises are pleasant and bright. We have a library which is includes 20 computers. We also have a pupil’s cafeteria and a large gym. Bällstabergsskolan is located close to nature and there are good public transportations to our school with both buses and commuter trains nearby.

We have high IT availability and work a lot with computers and other digital media.

We give children and teenagers a good start in life and a place where they can further develop their self-confidence and feel a desire to learn.

Our watchwords are Respect – Comfort – Responsibility

We inspire confidence in pupils’ ability. We see and seize everyone’s unique qualities and ways to learn. Together we create a pleasurable, secure and creative working place which is open and involved in society

At Bällstabergsskolan we take care of our environment and we don’t wear shoes inside.

Sjumilaskogens and Tallåsens preschool are also associated with our unit. The premises are partly integrated with each other.

At this school we have skilful and dedicated pedagogues. We enjoy our working place and you will feel it as soon as you enter the building.

Welcome to visit us!
