Youth Guidance Centre

The Vallentuna Youth Guidance Centre is available for people aged 12 to 23. We have a confidentiality agreement and all appointments are free of charge.

With us you can:

  • talk about things like relationships, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, stress, self-harm, family honour matters, assault or even if you are just feeling unwell
  • get help for sexual problems
  • discuss and get help with contraception
  • ask questions about your body, pregnancy, sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and get tested
  • pick up condoms and emergency contraception.

Our team includes midwives, counsellors, psychologists, gynaecologists and STI specialists.

During our Wednesday drop-in sessions between 14-18, you can get tested for sexually transmitted infections, take a pregnancy test and renew your contraception prescription if we have previously issued it and you don't want to change type.
For other matters/questions please book an appointment.

LGBTQ Certification

The Vallentuna Youth Guidance Centre is an LGBTQ-certified organisation. This means that we work strategically with issues related to gay, lesbian and trans people's rights so that we are able to meet people with respect and provide a good work environment for our employees. For more information about LGBTQ Certification, visit the RFSL website.

If you are over the age of 23
